PVC Strip Curtains and Plastic Strip Curtains – Cool Divider Systems

July 9th, 2010

Cool Divider Systems is an Australian business manufacturing and supplying patented PVC Strip Curtains. PVC curtain systems have many applications and may be designed to accommodate the varying needs of the individual business.

Plastic Strip Curtains provides a partition between two areas, while allowing for the free movement of goods and people. It is also effective in reducing temperature loss when relocating goods from a temperature controlled environment and prevents the unnecessary transmission of dust and particles to other areas. Typical applications include the separation of a warehouse/workshop to showroom/office, a cold-room entrance or other temperature controlled environment such as refrigerated delivery vehicles, to assist the control of temperature where goods are stored and transported, or to control dust and noise.

Exactly Where You Want To Be – Air Broadbeach

May 28th, 2010

We go to Australia pretty much every year, and have stayed at Air five times for a total of about a month and a half. Very comfortable flats in an unbelievable location and by US standards, really quite reasonable for what you get. These days, we stay with friends — the price is right (keeping the frig stocked for Aussies [most have one for the food and another for the liquor] can be daunting, though) — but I would recommend Air heartily. Back when the AUD was about $0.50, this was a steal of Goldman Sachs proportion.

Kurrawa Surf Club is right across the street, on the beach, and consistently the best place for a feed on the Coast. If you are there for even a week, it pays to become a member. There”’’s a Woolie”’’s and liquor store downstairs (very small by US standards, but it suffices); gambling, shopping, and spas are within walking or monorail distance. Check out a Blaze game if you can (okay, one of my mates owns the team), and party at MooMoo”’’s afterward.

Air has a first-rate workout facility overlooking the Pacific (for us, a workout is a morning ritual, not to be missed), and huge balconies where you can tan au naturel before ten. The rooms are well-appointed (one-bedroom flats all face the ocean full-on). Sure, you have to keep the place reasonably clean, and there are certain downsides to being in any high-rise (they charge you for false fire alarms, so be careful when you cook), but it is the nicest facility we””ve seen on the GC (and we””ve stayed in a few).

For your next Gold Coast holiday, check out great Broadbeach accommodation at Air on Broadbeach.

Perfect Getaway – Coco Mooloolaba Accommodation

May 28th, 2010

I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights at the start of May and after reading many of the reviews already on trip advisor had a great idea of what to expect. I was not disappointed. My review will echo many of the others on here already. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was exactly as shown in the photos on the website (except layout) The apartment was spotless and contained everything needed, including plenty of cooking utensils. I stayed on level two and did not book the hotel for any views but was lucky to get an apartment with two balconies, one that faced the back of the complex and had a view of the pool with the other balcony facing the street. I was expecting to hear lots of noises but found I didn”t. The garbage truck came on my first morning at approx 6am and was indeed loud but it lasted 10 minutes and I did not hear it again for the rest of my trip. The lifts do make a dinging noise to announce their arrival but I only heard this when at the lift and never from my apartment. As for the loud noises coming from cars, yes they were loud but they were so loud I would not be suprised if every single apartment at any other hotel along the esplande would have heard them and cannot blame Coco for this problem. Apartments are apparently serviced after the 8th night of stay but I was lucky to get my apartment serviced halfway during my stay without requesting it so found I was lucky to have fresh sheets and towels for most of my stay. The pool was warm for the time of year I went and the spa was the perfect temperature (The spa bubbles last for approx 15 minutes not just a couple like someone else wrote and I have found from staying at many hotels that 15 mins is normal). We used the free bbq approx 4 times during the stay. It was perfectly clean and we never had to wait for someone else to finish using it. All the materials and utensils are provided to cook and clean it afterwards and I found that terrific.
Overall for the price I paid for my stay (which to me was a bargain for what I got) I think Coco is a fantastic place to stay and would highly recommend it to everyone wanting to holiday in Mooloolaba.

For your perfect getaway, stay in great Mooloolaba accommodation at Coco Mooloolaba apartments.
