We are not an air conditioned building but as we are on the River & have the nice sea breezes it is not really needed.

Relax in one of our fully self-contained ensuited units with superb river and some with ocean views. All units have a separate laundry, direct dial telephones and complimentary cable television.

While the riverside setting allows you to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle for which the Coast is famous, it's just a gentle stroll to great shopping, restaurants, cinemas and all that Maroochydore, the hub of the Sunshine Coast, has to offer.
