Please note our Cancellation Policy:  Within 14 days in Low Season, your full deposit is forfeited per apartment booked. Outside 14 days on Low Season your full deposit less $50.00 admin fee per apartment booked will be refunded. Easter and all Low School Holidays, Christmas/New Year periods are as High Season Cancellation Policy. Within 28 days in High Season including all School Holiday periods your full deposit will be forfeited per apartment booked. Outside 28 days in High Season your full deposit less $50.00 admin fee per apartment booked will be refunded. NO charge will be incured for change of dates OUTSIDE 28 days notice. Within 28 days there will be 1 nights tariff charged. NO Shows - the full quoted tariff will be charged.  Guests who reduce their length of stay once in house will not receive a refund on nights booked.  All pre booked tours MUST be cancelled within 48 hours of the tour to recieve a full refund. Unfortunately we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of guests that are here to celebrate on a large scale, in particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of yourselves and other in-house guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings. If you still choose to book your accommodation through us and it turns out that you here purely to disrupt the quiet enjoyment of others, you will be asked to vacate the building immediately and your booking will be cancelled NO refund will be given. Plaza Port Douglas has a zero party policy and reserves to rights to extends this policy to any guests that behave inappropriately. Noise from music, conversation, door closing or any other source within the building or on balconies must be kept to a reasonable level not to disturb other guests. We ask you to please go in off your balcony and close the doors after 9.30pm. If you are disturbed by an unacceptable noise or other behaviour, please contact reception.
