Montville, Maleny & Glasshouse Mountains
Rugged mountains, spectacular views and shopping. Today we visit the delightful towns of Montville and Maleny where you are free to browse the various art and craft galleries and speciality shops at your leisure. Touring among the majestic peaks named by Captain Cook in 1770, we will explore some of the 25 million year old volcanic plugs that form the Glasshouse Mountains. No wonder Matthew Flinders was the first European to climb one of these peaks. It is difficult to keep up with the scenery changes as we descend the Blackall Range, through eucalypt and rainforest in to the valley which literally contains the fruit bowl of the Sunshine Coast, with its pineapple, macadamia nut, banana and pine tree plantations. You'll enjoy our stop at one of the many local fruit stalls. The views from the lookouts are breaktaking, be sure to bring your camera. What a day! This tour takes place on a Friday and is a full day tour.

Our first stop today is the Eumundi Markets. Take a stroll through the stalls sampling some of the local produce before continuing onto Dulong Lookout for a panoramic view of the coast from Noosa to Caloundra. At Montville, Australia's answer to an English Village established in 1887, you will enjoy the atmosphere of this historic village while browsing the variety of shops. Our guided walk through Mary Caincross Park finds some unusual inhabitants of the park. Enjoy tasting Queensland Wines at Maleny Mountain Winery.

The Valley Rattler - (Sunday Full Day)
"ALL ABOARD" heading north to Gympie we board the Valley Rattler Steam Train for a truly memorable trip travelling through easily one of Queensland's most scenic railway lines. Meandering through the small towns of Dagun, Amamoor and Kandanga before arriving at Imbil. After enjoying our roast chicken lunch and complimentary glass of champagne, wine, beer or soft drink we rejoin our coach and travel via Brooloo, through bellbird country to Kenilworth. Time spent wandering the main street will reveal the charm of this country Queensland town. Next stop, Little Yabba Creek rainforest walk where you'll marvel at the gigantic Morton Bay fig trees. The time to absorb the picturesque scenery on the way home.

Whale Watching (August to October)
Join us and hear the whales sing aboard the luxurious Tasman Venture catamaran. Tasman Venture is a specifically designed fully air-conditioned whale watching vessel, with underwater viewing rooms, excellent access and 360 degrees viewing decks around the vessel. A purpose built platform that lowers down to the waters surface enables you to have eye to eye contact with a Humpback Whale. We tour Maryborough and Hervey Bay townships enroute to our lunch venue overlooking the bay.
