3 Bedroom top floor penthouse This three bedroom spacious penthouse is a split level accommodation located on floors 15 and 16. Level 15 is comprised of a large living / dining area and kitchen, perfect for entertaining. Level 16 has an enormous main bedroom with ensuite, two more bedrooms and a large bathroom. An internal spiral staircase allows easy access between floors, or alternatively, this apartment has two entry / exit points (levels 15 & 16) accessible by our lifts. Spectacular views are afforded from the multiple balconies, capturing the magnificence of the Maroochy River, Goat Island, Pincushion Island and Mudjimba Island.
