Located at the northern end of the famous Gold Coast our waterfront location is only 10 minutes from central Surfers Paradise and approximately 15 minutes to all theme parks and fantastic shopping centres.  Runaway Bay Super Sports Centre  and Harbour Town Discount Shopping Centre are less than 5 minutes by car. 

There is a great little shopping centre an easy 7-8 minute slow walk from Windsurfer.  The supermarket is a Super IGA.  There is a baker, butcher, chemist, liquor store, Mexican restaurant, Thai restaurant and other take-away food stores.

Walking along the Broadwater  for approx 5 minutes is a great playground, picnic area and  a little swimming lagoon.  Also located in this area is the Grand Hotel & 3 restaurants.  Another 2-3 minutes along the Broadwater is the Aqua building where there are more restaurants, cafes, Harley`s Seafood and Baskins & Robbins.
