Great location, great staff and facilities. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay perhaps mid stay clean could be included in the rate if staying longer than 3 days Other than that and the shared pool deck we have no complaints

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute. Great location, close to the beach and town centre. Our room had good facilities and there are to pools to make use of. The staff were friendly and helpful and overall it had a very relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!

What a romantic paradise Shantara Resort reflected. We spent time enjoying the pool deck room, what a unique feature for those who love night swimming as a couple. The ( adults only ) concept was a perfect way to fall in love with Shantara & eachother ( again & again ). Thank you Shantara for not just being another resort, but rather an experience of what Port Douglas, Australia has to offer. Thanks for the opportunity to add diving the Great Barrier Reef to our list of adventures.

From the time we arrived in reception to the point of departure, we were given excellent service. The Apartments are spotless as well as all the common areas. We could not have asked for anything more.

the Shantara team were a delight from the time we arrived through to the time we left. Their advice on places to visit and companies to use was of immense value , indeed made the holiday such a success. The ambiance of the Shantara is oasis-like, with quietness save for the birds chirping in the plentiful palms. The 2 beautiful pools provide both aesthetic delight as well as lovely places to swim. The resort is modern and kept thoroughly clean. It's location close to the town but far enough out to avoid extraneous noise is a great benefit. We initially came for 4 days and stayed for 8!!!
